I think 0.5mm threading needle is pretty good, not too thick or thin, and easier to pick up. perfectly suitable for beads with a hole diameter of 1mm, just add a thin wire as a guide. elastic wire is also from this company, 0.5mm.

0.15, 0.2, 0.3 are really thin, but quite strong and easy to string beads on. braided twist rope is a bit long for stringing beads.
